Chamber Ribbon Cutting

In
honor of its recent grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony, Gold
Medal Martial Arts hosted its first belt and award ceremony on
February 21, 2007.
Since its opening, Gold Medal Martial Arts has seen an
overwhelming response in student membership.
These students have practiced diligently and over 80 students
received their first yellow belt presented by 1992 Olympic Gold
Medallist, Master Perez and
City Council members John Kiramis, Linda Koelling and
Vice-Mayor Pam Fresella..
The yellow belt signifies the brightness of the rising sun
and the start of each student’s path of personal development.

Iffy
Okechukwu, owner of Mid-Peninsula Flooring and Design Center
cuts the ribbon as other of his talented team look on. The Chamber
welcomed them to Foster City during a gala, which included a tour of
their beautiful showroom. If you are considering changing your
flooring, check them out!
