BODY STUDIO FOR FITNESS SUMMER TRX BOOT CAMP- JULY 5th-30th
Summer is here & now is the time to get in shape for you summer wardrobe!! The Body Studio for Fitness is offering a new 4-week session of their fun 45-minute, high intensity, morning boot camp class, incorporating the TRX. The new session starts Monday, July 5th. We meet three mornings per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, at 6:15AM -7:00AM. This class series will run 4 weeks, through Friday, July 30th. Sneak out of the house for this outdoor boot camp class, & get your workout in before the household even stirs! Watch the beautiful sunrise on the bay & get in an awesome workout!
Body Studio for Fitness Summer TRX Boot camp is high intensity, but small enough to adjust for individual fitness levels. Our class instructor is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Class members will be in good hands! The 4-week package runs $240.00.
