2023 Proposed Bylaws

The Foster City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has approved a restatement of the Chamber’s Bylaws of 2014 and recommends the restated Bylaws for your approval. Please find a summary of the Bylaws changes using the following links:

In order to adopt the Proposed Restated Bylaws, it is necessary to meet the current quorum requirement (Bylaws, Article II, Section 12) of five percent (5%) of the total number of voting members, which is five (5) members, meaning that at least that number of members must vote. Assuming a quorum is reached, the approval of a majority of those voting is required (Bylaws, Article XIII, Section 2) for the Proposed Restated Bylaws to be adopted.
Important: Please vote as soon as you have decided. Your vote will not be counted unless it is received by close of business on December 8th, 2023
